These are the virtual options available to you:
Phone or video appointments with your onsite provider
This option connects you with an onsite provider from your Google Health & Wellness Center during our regular hours. You can be seen virtually for many primary care needs, as well as other services including behavioral health, care management and more.

- Sick visits
- Follow-up visits to discuss lab results or treatment plans
- Medication questions
- Chronic condition management
- Therapy sessions
How to schedule:
In your My Premise Health account, select “Schedule an appointment,” indicate the reason for your visit and choose whether you’d like to be seen by phone or video.
24/7 access to primary care anytime, anywhere
You also have phone and video access from anywhere in the U.S. to a team of virtual primary care providers around the clock – not just during Google Health & Wellness Center hours. These providers will have access to your health records on My Premise Health and can easily communicate with your regular care team. With providers licensed in every state available 24/7/365, you can still get seen when on the go and on nights, weekends and holidays.
Best for:
- When you need care outside of our regular hours
- Acute care needs
- When traveling (within the U.S.)
How to schedule:
In your My Premise Health account, select “Get care now” and we will connect you to the next available provider.
Depending on your care needs, your provider may request that you schedule an in-person visit in place of a virtual appointment.
