Where is my center located?
We’re located in Sunnyvale West, just 10 minutes from Sunnyvale MP3 via CA-237. The entrance to the building is on Potrero Ave.

Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.*
The pharmacy stays open until 7 p.m.
Radiology is closed daily for lunch from 12:30 – 1:30 p.m.

If you’re feeling under the weather with a sore throat, cough, fever or other cold symptoms, there’s a virtual primary care provider available to see you any time of the day (or night). Julia is a nurse practitioner with nearly 20 years of healthcare experience, including five years in nursing and clinical roles. She’s committed to delivering compassionate, well-rounded care and supporting members through both acute needs and long-term wellness goals.

The Google Health & Wellness Center at Meadow Point is coming soon! High-quality care from Premise Health will be available on campus under one roof — including primary care (in-person and virtual), mental health care, acupuncture, physical therapy, travel medicine, and more.
