Where is my center located?
We’re located in Sunnyvale West, just 10 minutes from Sunnyvale MP3 via CA-237. The entrance to the building is on Potrero Ave.

Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.*
The pharmacy stays open until 7 p.m.
Radiology is closed daily for lunch from 12:30 – 1:30 p.m.

If you’re feeling under the weather with a sore throat, cough, fever or other cold symptoms, there’s a virtual primary care provider available to see you any time of the day (or night). As an active member of the Santa Clara County Optometric Society, she stays current with the latest advancements in eye care.

The Google Health & Wellness Center at Meadow Point is coming soon! High-quality care from Premise Health will be available on campus under one roof — including primary care (in-person and virtual), mental health care, acupuncture, physical therapy, travel medicine, and more.
